The French Fry Manufacture Frittenwerk is opened a new 100 square metre branch in our food court. It is the first branch of the Düsseldorf family business in the capital. The Frittenwerk fast food chain, founded in 2014, brings Canadian snack classics as well as new street food ideas to our 2nd floor. Instead of a blob of ketchup or mayonnaise, Frittenwerk garnishes the fries with toppings and sauces. "With its sustainable concept, our new tenant Frittenwerk is anything but an ordinary "chip shop", it is snack bar 2.0. Frittenwerk has packed the world of fries into a new lifestyle and stands for an environmentally conscious eating culture that concerns us all.
