You can leave whatever you like in our cloakroom, from suitcases and shopping bags to coats and umbrellas. You'll find the wardrobe at the basement.

Electronic Gift Vouchers Mall of Berlin - compact, practical, just great!

Pay with the new Mall of Berlin gift vouchers in all shops with Maestro card acceptance.

You can charge the card with an amount between 10 € and 150 € and you can always check the status of your credit. The gift voucher is available at our two information desks on the ground floor.

Your gift voucher can be charged with EC or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).

As a precaution, we point out the current legal situation in germany: if the sale of a gift voucher exceeds 100 € - a payment from a secured circuit (using card payment) is required to comply with the money laundering regulations.

International travellers living outside the EU have the opportunity to claim reimbursement for German VAT. Here you'll find all participating partners.  

WHILE SHOPPING
Customers who are entitled to VAT exemption must fill out the tax refund cheque completely and have it signed by the responsible staff member at the shop. You will also receive your invoice as well as a return envelope. 

AT CUSTOMS
When leaving the EU simply show your purchases, invoices and passport to the customs officers. To confirm the exported goods, the tax refund cheque needs to be stamed by a customs officer.

AT THE REFUND POINT
Bring the tax refund cheque, your passport and bills to a nearby Refund Point and the money will be refunded to your credit card. Cash refunds are also available upon request. As a foreign customer you can also send the tax refund cheque and invoice to Global Blue and have the money refunded to your credit card as soon as possible or order a bank cheque. 

The main entrance to our underground parking is located on Voßstraße. Another entrance is located on Wilhelmstrasse 95.

Voßstraße entrance: Monday – Sunday 6:00 - 22:00

Wilhelmstraße entrance: Monday – Sunday 24 hours

The ticket machines accept coins, bills, debit card, VISA and MasterCard.

Dogs are allowed within the Mall of Berlin. They must be kept on a leash at all times – no exceptions! Before entering a store, please ask if they do in fact permit dogs, as some stores do not. Thank you for understanding.
