SANIFAIR

SANIFAIR is Tank & Rast's sanitary concept and can be found twice in the Mall of Berlin – on the second floor and on the second basement level of the East Side Mall. The sanitary facilities are characterized by high hygiene standards and modern technology. The facilities include women's and men's toilet cubicles with self-cleaning toilet seats, urinals, washbasins, and touch-free fittings. Trained service staff clean the sanitary and washrooms regularly and are available on site to answer any questions.

Guests who use the SANIFAIR sanitary facilities in the Mall of Berlin pay a usage fee and receive a voucher as a thank you, which they can redeem at all participating redemption partners. Users can find the fee and redemption conditions in the general terms and conditions (GTC), which are displayed in the entrance area of the SANIFAIR facilities in the Mall of Berlin, along with an overview of participating redemption partners. Children who cannot reach the coin slot have free access via a children's entrance. In addition, disabled toilets (with Euro key) and baby changing rooms can be used free of charge.
